
Summer Classes
Starting the week of July 4th and ending the week of August 1st, Joy Yoga will be offering weekly yoga classes. See below for details.

**There will be no classes the week of July 25th because of Yoga and Mindfulness Camp**
**Classes on July 6th will be at 2:00 and 3:15. All other Wednesday classes will be at 10:00 and 11:15**

Ages 3-8 (Fri 10:00)
7/8, 7/15, 7/22, 8/5
$10/45-minute class
A fun-filled weekly yoga class introducing growing yogis to yoga poses, breathing, meditation and mindfulness! Children will learn valuable skills for calming anxiety, recognizing and regulating emotions, using their breath beneficially, and stretching and strengthening their bodies through age-appropriate songs, stories and games.

Tweens Ages 9-12 (Wed 10:00)
7/6 (2:00), 7/13, 7/20, 8/3
$12/60-minute class
A fun-filled weekly yoga class for tweens that teaches yoga poses, breathing, meditation and mindfulness! Tweens will learn valuable skills for calming anxiety, recognizing and regulating emotions, using their breath beneficially, and stretching and strengthening their bodies using age-appropriate music, games and more.

Teens Ages 13+ (Wed 11:15)
7/6 (3:15), 7/13, 7/20, 8/3
$12/60-minute class
