Meet the Instructors


Daina Redpath loves teaching yoga and mindfulness to kids and teens through fun and age-appropriate classes that include music, stories, and games! Her yoga classes bring all of these elements together into an experience for kids and teens that is not only fun but is so beneficial for their growing minds and bodies. In addition to being a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, she is also a certified and licensed Children's Yoga Instructor through Kidding Around Yoga, with additional trainings in teen and classroom yoga. She also has worked with children of all ages teaching violin and early childhood music classes, and worked for several years as an occupational therapist in schools.
Ms. Redpath lives in Colorado Springs with her husband and 2 sons and loves spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and playing her violin.

Sarah Pont has been working with kids for over 25 years and believes her students are her very best teachers! She is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Instructor, and holds additional certifications in Yoga for Healthy Aging and Restorative Yoga. She took her first yoga class in 1998. What started as a fun workout became a way of life. Being a more mindful mother, spouse, friend and teacher have allowed her to experience more joy and be more present for others. She is passionate about sharing mindfulness tools with kids so they can learn to take good care of ALL of their emotions (even the unpleasant ones). In addition to practicing yoga and mindfulness, she loves going to book club, hiking with friends, and spending time with family.
